The RFID electronic tag management system consists of: access server/warehouse entry and exit client/handheld terminal and communication network, as shown in the following figure:
The access server is responsible for real-time communication and data interaction with clients. It is deployed in CS mode and includes RFID tag protocol processing middleware. It is responsible for parsing a large amount of concurrent tag information and incorporating it into the database. Real-time information such as alarms should also interact with the corresponding business system in real time.
The inbound and outbound client includes the RFID reader access middleware, which is responsible for processing a large amount of concurrent RFID tag information, filtering and selecting valid data, performing anti-collision processing, and automatically comparing it with the order or delivery document information, and automatically issuing an alarm when it does not match. It also packages and compresses the tag information that needs to be uploaded for transmission, and also provides a manual intervention interface.
The handheld terminal can be manually operated to collect information about a single piece of cargo, and can perform real-time comparison and alarm. The collected information can be sent to the back-end system via WIFI or GPRS network, and can also be temporarily stored and forwarded.
